Payments
You pay by card in euros. Your bank reserves the amount when you order, and we charge it only when your code is ready.
Cards we accept
Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. The price you see is the price you pay: we don’t add a payment fee.
When we charge your card
When you order, your bank reserves the amount on your card. We charge it after your code is ready. If we can’t deliver the code, we cancel the reservation and you pay nothing. Your bank decides how quickly the reserved amount is released.
Secure payment
You enter your card on the secure payment page of our bank’s card gateway, protected by 3-D Secure, so your bank might ask you to confirm the payment in its app or with a one-time code. We never see or store your full card number; we keep only the card type and the last four digits.
If your payment is declined
Check the card details and that your card allows online payments, or try another card. A declined payment creates no order and no charge. If it keeps failing, contact your bank or us.
