Orders and codes
After payment, your code appears on the order page and arrives by email.
Where to find your code
The order confirmation page shows your code as soon as it’s ready, with a button to copy it. We also send it to the email address you entered. If you’re signed in, you’ll find it under Account › Orders.
If your code takes longer
Most codes are ready within seconds; some take a few minutes. If the page says your code is still being prepared, you can close it: we email the code as soon as it’s ready. If nothing arrives within an hour, contact us with your Order ID.
One code per order
Each order holds one code. To buy several codes, place one order per code.
Guest orders and accounts
You can buy without an account. To keep a guest order in your account, sign in and claim it with its Order ID, which starts with order_. We send a confirmation link to the order’s email address.
