These terms apply when you buy digital codes from Kulla (demo) on this website.
1. Who we are
We sell the digital codes on this website in our own name. We are the seller (merchant of record), not a marketplace: you buy from us, and we are responsible for the code we deliver. Our legal name and registered address are at the foot of every page.
2. What you buy
A digital code for a third-party platform such as PlayStation, Steam, Xbox or Roblox. We source codes from wholesale suppliers and marketplaces. We are not affiliated with these platforms; their names are trademarks of their owners.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in euros and are the full price you pay, with no payment fee. When you order, your bank reserves the amount on your card. We charge it only when your code is ready; if we can’t deliver, we cancel the reservation.
4. Delivery
We show the code on the order page and email it to the address you enter. Most codes arrive within seconds; some take a few minutes. Each order holds one code.
5. Account region
Each code works only with platform accounts in the region shown on the product page. Before you pay, you confirm that your account’s region matches. A code bought for the wrong region can’t be returned.
6. Using your code
Keep your code private: anyone who has it can redeem it. The platform’s own terms apply when you redeem the code. We can cancel an order we reasonably suspect is fraudulent; you are then not charged.
7. Withdrawal and refunds
Because we deliver the code immediately at your request, the right of withdrawal ends once the code has been delivered. If a code doesn’t work, contact us within 14 days and we refund or replace it, as our refund policy explains.
8. Liability, law and changes
Our liability for an order is limited to the price you paid, except where the law does not allow such a limit. The mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence remain. We can update these terms; the version in force when you order applies to that order.
