Delivered codes
Digital codes are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once delivered.
Codes that don’t work
If a code does not work, contact support within 14 days and we will investigate with the supplier and refund or replace it.
What to send support
Include your order ID and the error message you see when you redeem the code.
